The Green Team Program is focused on local environmental and cultural projects developed in partnership with communities, organizations, and corporate partners.

ECHO Program

The ECHO (Environmental and Cultural Hiring Opportunity) Program is CCNL's newest employment opportunity. This program is focused on student employment, with a maximum of 2 students per project.


CCNL's Internship Program allows for meaningful, paid employment opportunities for recent graduates, while supporting important cultural and environmental initiatives in communities throughout the province.

Climate Change Education Centre

The CCEC provides climate change education to raise awareness of the important issue, while encouraging action within our communities.

Water Conservation

CCNL is addressing various aspects of water quality and quantity through the delivery of a pan-provincial education campaign and an action-based conservation potential study of residents on the Northeast Avalon.

World War 100

In partnership with MUN's WW100 Living Memorial Commemoration Program, Conservation Corps Newfoundland and Labrador created a video storytelling project featuring NL youth sharing WWI stories from their communities.

Past Programs

Conservation Corps Newfoundland and Labrador has been delivering various environmental and cultural programming for 25 years. Programs have included Costa Rica Environmental Leadership, NL Ecoteams, Labrador Leadership, and more.
