CLIMATE CHANGE CLASSROOM EDUCATION

Our educators provide FREE presentations for classrooms from K-12 across Newfoundland and Labrador on the science, impacts, and solutions forĀ tackling climate change.

YOUTH ENGAGEMENT FUNDING

We offer grants to classrooms across the province of Newfoundland and Labrador for youth-based climate change projects.

CLIMATE CHANGE COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Throughout the summer, youth employed through CCNL's programs deliver climate change presentations across the province.

OUR NETWORK

Working with a variety of groups including municipalities, industry and youth, the CCEC provides climate change education to raise awareness of the important issue, while encouraging action within our communities.

SNAPSHOTS OF OUR WORK

As a leader of climate change outreach in the province, the CCEC has connected with more than 100,000 Newfoundlanders and Labradorians since its foundation. Striving to create meaningful learning opportunities, our presentations provide relevant climate change information; examining how it affects us at a local level, while exploring the positive ways we can impact our planet.

TOGETHER WE CAN

This video shows the ways that everyone can make small changes in their lives to help make our planet a greener place! Taking care of the environment is everyone's responsibility and together we can make a difference!
