Unit 4: Making it Happen

Overview and Learning Objectives:

This is the final Unit for the Program, and focuses on moving participants from learning to planning and taking action in their own businesses. Concepts of employee support and planning methods help entrepreneurs realize that this is an on-going process, involving evaluation and redesign of initiatives. There are four learning objectives for this Unit:
  1. Using general checklists, explore ways to save money in your business by applying green business principles
  2. Explore ways to increase revenue by applying knowledge of green markets
  3. Explore ways to increase revenue by partnership development
  4. Writing the action plan
