Unit 1: Setting the Stage

Overview and Learning Objectives:

This introduction unit provides some background into the concepts of efficiency and going green. Trends creating this movement and the benefits to be gained from greening are introduced. There are three learning objectives for this unit:
  1. Introduction to modern business thoughts
  2. Explore the principles that guide green business
  3. Introduce examples of green business principles in action
